Lola is part of Delios's management and coordinates the tax and accounting area as well as the firm's general services. Her overall view of the business lets her give close advice focused on decision-making. She also manages our relationship with companies in our Talent Management division for the automotive sector, understanding their needs and coordinating each selection and onboarding process.

In charge of employment and Social Security advice, Mariella coordinates our clients' payroll and HR administration and the tax area for the self-employed. Accounting & Financial Management Specialist
Carmen brings precision and rigour to the accounting area, specialising in bookkeeping and financial reconciliation. She also handles client invoicing and general enquiries, a key part of the firm's day-to-day work and of the close relationship we keep with our clients. Organisation, precision and personal attention are the keys to her work.

Juan Seisdedos García
Associate Labour Relations Graduate · Employment Law & Self-employed
Juan gives specialist support in employment law, especially in handling, analysing and resolving labour disputes. He also advises self-employed professionals under the flat-rate (estimación objetiva) tax scheme, bringing specific experience in this field. His approach combines technical knowledge with a practical view focused on resolving each situation.
